Michele Welsh!
This is the write-up from the base newsletter:
Michele Welsh, 121st Air Refueling Wing, was selected for promotion to
Senior Master Sergeant under the Exceptional Promotion Program (EPP). The
goal of the EPP is to provide a competitive process for exceptional
guardsmen to attain senior NCO rank where authorizations may not exist. Each
state was allocated one Senior and one Chief authorization. Promotions are
based on eligibility requirements, core competencies, and an interview at
state headquarters. Michele Welsh was selected from a statewide field of
competitors.
